Hi, I’m Bethany

I am Founder of The Blissful Cell, a holistic nutritionist, health coach, clinical herbalist, earth-keeper, educator and nature enthusiast based in the Lonestar state.

My mission is to empower others through the healing wisdom of whole food, herbs, and intentional living. Nourishment has the power to transform not just our physical health, but our mental clarity, and spiritual vitality. We are all part of a larger ecosystem, intricately connected to one another. This understanding of interconnectedness inspires me to promote not only individual health but also collective well-being and environmental care.

Through education, support, and conscious practices, I strive to inspire a life rooted in awareness, balance, and sustainability – a life where healing the self also nurtures the world around us.

I created The Blissful Cell out of a deep belief that healing is both personal and collective — that when we nourish ourselves with intention, we ripple wellness into our families, our communities, and the earth itself.

My approach is rooted in science and guided by nature. I combine functional lab insights with nutritional & lifestyle consulting and educational tools to help you understand your body in a whole new way. No guesswork. No quick fixes. Just compassionate, informed support to help you feel aligned, empowered, and deeply well!

Whether you’re struggling with fatigue, looking for answers in your labs, or simply craving a more conscious relationship with your health, you’re in the right place!

Why “The Blissful Cell”?

Because true healing begins at the root – within the tiniest units of life: our cells.

Every intentional choice – what you eat, how you move, when you rest – either nourishes or depletes your body. When we care for our cells, we create opportunities for healing that touches every part of our being: physical, emotional, spiritual.

This space is where science meets soul.

Where food is medicine.

Where slowing down is celebrated.

And where your story is honored every step of the way.
